Whats is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a highly effective form of manual medicine used to diagnose, treat and help prevent a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions ranging from back problems, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, arthritic pain, postural changes during pregnancy as well as everyday aches and pains.

Whilst preparing to run a half marathon I injured my knee and was unable to train. A friend recommended I see an osteopath so I booked. He worked on my leg and gave me some really useful stretches to do at home to aid my recovery. After the first session I was able to begin training again, but took it easy and continued to with appointments, as my knee was still weak. Thanks to the treatment and advice I was able to up the training gradually and complete the half marathon. I would have no hesitation in recommending Justin to my friends and will go back for treatment if I injure myself again running.
